These Stroke Development Camps provides swimmers with the opportunity to develop their technical skills on starts and turns with GB international swim coach, Paul Remmonds and his team.
The focus will be on key fundamental principles of effective starting and turning technique with appropriate drills and practices.

To develop and improve starting, turning and underwater kicking skills.
Content:
Pre-Pool (Dry land) session: Specific land based exercises to develop and improve starts and turns.
Pool Session: Practical application of start and turn drill progressions and underwater kicking skills.
Performance Psychology workshop and individual performance profiling
