Skills4Podium is proud to partner with Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) School of Sport & Exercise Sciences.

Stroke Development Camps
LJMU will deliver Performance Psychology workshops at all Skills4Podium Stroke Development Camps and have input with performance profiling throughout the day.

By undertaking performance profiling swimmers will:

• Train with greater purpose and intensity
• See quicker improvements in their technique and physical conditioning
• Enhance their mental skills
• Have more control over time management
• Build their self-awareness and reflective skills

All swim camp participants will leave with a bespoke performance profile for their ongoing swimming development.
