As a specialist in swimming biomechanics, Paul balances advanced technical analysis with a highly supportive coaching style. His approach helps competitive club swimmers, masters swimmers and triathletes unlock their true speed, build tactical confidence and maximise race-day execution.
Throughout his career, Paul has played a pivotal role in developing top-tier swimming talent. He helped develop an Olympic Gold medallist, coached World Champion James Hickman, and directly advanced the competitive progress of multiple Olympians - including Tokyo 2020ne Olympic Champion Freya Anderson MBE and Olympic finalist Cassie Wild.
