Master Classes

These Master Classes provide swimmers with the opportunity for an in-depth look at their swimming technique and improve their swimming efficiency with GB international swim coach, Paul Remmonds.
​The focus will be on key fundamental principles of effective stroke technique, starts and turns with appropriate drills and practices building the stroke from the correct body alignment.

Aim: 
To develop skills and improve stroke efficiency in each stroke.
Master Classes with a speed component focus on maintaining technical efficiency while swimming fast.
"Racing Skills' Master Classes focus on a specific stroke, starts, turns and finishing.

​Content: 
​Technical Workshop: Technical discussion and video featuring world class swimmers.
Pool Session: Practical application of stroke, start and/or turn drill progressions; Efficiency at speed.​
