1:1 sessions are a bespoke clinic, tailored to the individual swimmer's requirements and designed to improve swimming skills and efficiency. It is an opportunity to develop successful habits that will help you reach your podium.
There is also opportunity for a small group (up to 5) to share the cost of attending a coaching session together.
This will allow swimmers to work with their friends while enjoying a highly interactive and technical coaching session.

There will be video feedback (iPad) and intervention throughout the session.
Olympic standard starting blocks and backstroke ledge for specific Starts focus
Ability level:
Suitable for competitive club, County, Regional and National level swimmers; Masters swimmers and triathletes.

Term Time - Saturdays (from 11.00am)

A 25m pool fitted with Olympic standard starting blocks
