1:1 sessions are a bespoke clinic, tailored to the individual swimmer's requirements and designed to improve swimming skills and efficiency. It is an opportunity to develop successful habits that will help you reach your podium.
There is also opportunity for a small group (up to 4) to share the cost of attending a coaching session together.
This will allow swimmers to work with their friends while enjoying a highly interactive and technical coaching session.

Suitable for competitive club swimmers aged 18 years & over, masters, open water swimmers and triathletes.

Saturday (from 5.00pm)

A 16 2/3m pool ideal for 1:1 interaction

£90.00 p.hr
